In this role you will Setup and maintain accurate financial records for our accounting and SMSF clients. Process accounts payable and receivable. Process bank feeds and reconcile bank and loan accounts. Prepare BAS and IAS. Assist with payroll processing and superannuation compliance. Assist clients with Xero and MYOB queries as well as client training. Collaborate with our team to ensure client's compliance obligations are met. What you bring Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably within a public practice accounting firm. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with SMSF processing is highly regarded. Experience with payroll processing and compliance is highly regarded. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with FYIdocs is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Australian work authorisation required at the time of application. Why choose Grenfell Murray?
