Shift Manager – Linfox Laverton North, Victoria, Australia Shift: Afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) Responsibilities Oversee shift operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve site targets and foster a positive culture. Manage site safety, risk registers, and incident reporting in line with Linfox policies. Allocate resources and labour to meet volume requirements and priorities. Conduct shift start‑up meetings and communicate key safety and operational targets. Maintain accurate payroll, time, and personnel records. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a retail or automated/sorter environment. Proven people management and team leadership skills. Strong knowledge of Australian transport rules and warehouse processes. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
