THE POSITION Cannon Hill Location Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software Answer correspondence and communications in a timely manner Provide high quality customer service THE PERSON You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Experience in the provision of superior customer service Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously COMPASS GROUP BENEFITS 12 weeks of paid parental leave for eligible Compass Group staff Access to a wide variety of training and development Clear career paths and support to achieve your goals Personal and site-based recognition programs Immediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobile #J-18808-Ljbffr
