Video Editor / Creative Producer (Brand, Social, Documentary) Full-time | Sydney-based (Hybrid) Join a boutique creative agency built for Australia’s construction and development industry. About the Role We’re looking for a Video Editor / Creative Producer — someone who loves transforming raw footage into story-driven videos that make people stop scrolling. This role is built for an editor first — someone fluent in Premiere Pro who understands pacing, sound, and colour. After Effects experience is a strong advantage, but your storytelling instinct matters most. Experience in Filmmaking is considered a strong advantage. What You’ll Do Edit short and long-form videos in Premiere Pro across client and internal projects. Create cinematic, engaging edits that capture the craft and energy of each project. Develop short-form social content that aligns with client briefs and brand direction. Mix sound and colour grade for a polished, consistent finish. Collaborate closely with the Senior Producer and Creative Director to interpret briefs and deliver on time. Prepare footage, organise projects, and maintain version control in line with Tarzan’s media handling systems. Support ongoing monthly deliverables for long-term client partners. Contribute ideas to elevate Tarzan’s own social and brand content. You’ll Thrive Here If You: Have 2–4 years of video editing experience. Are fluent in Premiere Pro (and comfortable working with proxies, multicam, and colour workflows). Have basic-to-intermediate After Effects skills for titles, transitions, and light motion graphics. Understand how to edit for social media — strong hooks, clean rhythm, and emotional pacing. Take pride in the small details — timing, energy, and story flow. Have experience creating YouTube or Wedding Videos. Are organised, dependable, and thrive managing multiple projects.
