The Collective Media Group is the in‑house photo, video, and editing team within our McGrath offices. We create high‑impact visual content that showcases some of Sydney’s most prestigious homes and agents. We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of end‑to‑end video production, from concept and capture through to editing and delivery. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to produce cinematic videos that highlight properties, people, and events across our network. What You’ll Do Film high‑quality property, lifestyle, and event videos using professional cameras and equipment Capture both interior, exterior, and aerial footage (drone license preferred) Edit footage into polished, engaging videos for use across digital and social media platforms Perform color grading, sound design, and add graphics, titles, and music to deliver a premium final product Collaborate closely with clients and the marketing team to capture their vision and key messages Manage multiple projects, maintain organised file systems, and ensure brand consistency across all outputs Occasionally work Saturdays for key campaigns and event coverage (such as Super Saturday) About You Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, ideally within real estate, lifestyle, or architectural industries Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve A strong portfolio showcasing cinematic video production Skilled in lighting, composition, and storytelling Experienced with aerial videography (CASA certification a bonus) Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously Confident communicator who can work well with agents, clients, and colleagues on site Reliable transport and flexibility to travel between filming locations Why Join Us At The Collective Media, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, creative environment that celebrates high production standards and fresh ideas.
