Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join a bulk earthworks project on a 2:1 FIFO roster in Kalgoorlie (from Perth). This role will play a key part in delivering technical expertise, supporting project planning, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and engineering input for bulk earthworks activities. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with design specifications. Work closely with supervisors and project managers to resolve on-site challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Promote a strong safety culture across all site operations. Essential Qualifications & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience on civil or mining bulk earthworks projects. Strong knowledge of project planning and quality management processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
