Your role will be to support the community kitchen to ensure that it runs smoothly. Responsibilities Encourage participation from all community kitchen members and facilitate the planning and running of a cooking session. Participate in the Barwon Community Kitchen Facilitator Network meetings. Promote Community Kitchen's core values of respect, support and equality in all areas of work. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to organizational guidelines, policies and procedures. Ability to relate to a diverse range of people and well-developed interpersonal communication skills. Interest in supporting people and cooking healthy meals (not required to be an exceptional cook). Category Community Services Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work Education & Training, Food Preparation & Service, Tutoring & Coaching Time Required 3-4 hours per session.
