About The Role As the Enforceable Undertaking (EU) and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Program Coordinator for Talent & Culture, you’ll play a key role in the end‑to‑end delivery of the Program PACT (People, Accountability, Customer and Trust) Packages into T&C as part of the Root Cause Remediation Plan. Your role leads the delivery and coordination of packages into T&C, ensuring that activities are built into T&C Functional Plans and reporting to the T&C NFR Steering Committee on program progress, key risks, dependencies, change impacts, escalation issues, and financial performance. Role Details Role Type: Permanent, Full Time Location: Melbourne, VIC Reference: Job Posting End Date: 23/11/2025 What will your day look like? Work with the GM Non‑Financial Risk, T&C to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of Program PACT packages into T&C, owning intake and sequencing and interacting directly with the Central Program Team. Lead a team of change and communications specialists to drive delivery and embedment of the program activities across T&C, translating package asks into T&C function plans, executing actions, and collecting evidence for closure. Lead delivery and coordination of packages into the business, writing closure memos and supporting Design Owners with evidence for independent reviewer and regulator engagement. Deliver reporting to the T&C NFR Steering Committee on progress, key risks, dependencies, change impacts, escalated issues, and financial performance, seeking approval for changes and obtaining feedback. Ensure adherence to and support the active application of the organisation’s Project Management Framework, including governance, methods, templates, tools, and quality assurance. Establish and maintain effective and sustainable relationships with all key stakeholders to optimise delivery success. What will you bring? Demonstrable program management skills, with ~10 years in program and project management within large or complex organisations. Extensive experience in initiative delivery and governance principles, methods, processes, and techniques. Experience working across Talent & Culture and Group Risk domains to build capabilities for non‑financial risk transformation. Track record of delivering programs and projects on time, scope, budget, and outcomes. Strong results focus with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Clarify stakeholder needs and manage expectations to ensure effective service delivery. Identify and obtain support or advice for planning, coordination, and execution of work. Experience with project cost, resource, scope, and change request processes. Contribute to sharing knowledge and information within own function and with business units. Why Join Us?
