The opportunity: We’re looking for a self‑motivated and pragmatic leader to drive our strategic planning and leverage data and technology to improve business performance. About the role The Strategy, Innovation and Improvement (SII) team is focused on setting and monitoring Landgate’s strategy on behalf of our Board and Executive, and driving business improvement to benefit our government, industry and community customers. The Senior Manager SII is responsible for delivering the corporate strategy, reporting, business improvement and innovation functions. The role requires exceptional engagement with senior leaders across the business to develop our strategy and support strategic and operational priorities. The team is part of the Strategy, Communications & Engagement (SC&E) branch, with the Communications & Engagement team. Together, they tell Landgate’s story, strengthen stakeholder relationships and proactively respond to external influences to enhance our reputation as WA’s land information authority. The Senior Manager SII reports to the Director SC&E. This is a permanent full‑time position however part‑time arrangements may be considered.
