This role is part of a high-energy, people-first team that produces impactful onboarding experiences for new hires across APAC. Own the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack Create and assign onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort Deliver clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack Maintain calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems Set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision What You’ll Bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable) Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks Project coordination or program management experience a plus A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges This is your opportunity to be part of an industry-leading team that shapes how people experience the first moments in a company.
