Clinic Manager – Armadale As Clinic Manager, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by: Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered. Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day‑to‑day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage. Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition. We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have: Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy). WA Radiation Laser Hair Removal License. Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
