They're looking to hire a beer-loving sales manager to join the team. Born on our farm in 2017, we've spent time quietly maturing and earning awards for our distinctive portfolio – from unique beers, signature spirits, hard sodas, seltzers, ciders, and non-alcoholic drinks. We're ready to amplify our distinctive voice, and we need a casual hands-on Sales Manager to "Rock The Mic" and make it happen. The Role: Own the Town. Drive the Growth. We need a sharp, commercially-minded leader to significantly expand our brand presence and bottom line across Melbourne and regional Victoria . Expand Our Footprint: Identify and secure new business with venues, wholesalers, and retail outlets. Relationship Architect: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with all stakeholders, from restaurant and bar owners to logistics partners. Commercial Accountability: Own the sales plan, hit measurable targets, and manage pricing/promotional activity with third-party distributors to ensure commercial sense. Brand Ambassador: Host tastings, run presentations, and know when to let our quality beverages do the talking. Autonomy & Travel: Minimal office time. Maximum time in the field building business. You, Ideally: You are a self-driven, self-managed closer with a genuine passion for the craft beverage industry. Proven Sales History: Strong background in sales and account management is essential. Bonus points for experience in beverages, FMCG, or hospitality. People Skills: You can read the room and adapt your approach, whether you’re talking finance with a venue owner or chatting casually with a punter. Professional, Not Corporate: Highly organised, articulate, and professional when it counts—but otherwise, chill and down-to-earth. Required: Current RSA , Valid Driver's License , and ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check . The Offering: We care more about the work than the talk.
