We have built the world’s first clinician-supervised AI therapy assistant and are now preparing to scale. Our SaaS platform supports mental health practitioners and their clients between sessions through AI-powered tools, real‑time mood tracking, and mobile engagement. ANTSA was founded by Clinical Psychologist Sally-Anne McCormack, who saw a need for technology that could bridge the gap between therapy sessions and keep clients engaged in their mental health journey. Drawing on her decades of clinical experience, she created ANTSA to combine human care with responsible AI, ensuring practitioners stay connected with their clients while reducing administrative workload. The Role We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer to join our development team in Blackburn. You will work alongside our part‑time CTO, who has built the platform to date, and a Junior IT Specialist. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the system and taking technical ownership while the CTO is not available. This is a part‑time casual role (approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday). The position is onsite at our Blackburn office for collaboration and support. A hybrid arrangement may be discussed at a later stage if appropriate. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full‑stack features across web and mobile (React Native) Lead day‑to‑day technical operations in the CTO’s absence Build and improve RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and version control Integrate and optimise proprietary AI systems Participate in testing, deployment, and release management Maintain documentation and ensure secure coding practices Our Technology Built on a modern TypeScript and React stack Node.js backend with a PostgreSQL database Hosted securely on Microsoft Azure React Native for mobile development Stripe for payment processing In‑house AI systems developed for mental health applications Automated testing frameworks and modern development tools About You Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience Strong skills in React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud environments Proven ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management Experience integrating AI or machine‑learning systems Comfortable working in a startup environment and confident without constant supervision Why Join ANTSA Help build technology that supports real‑world mental health outcomes Take early technical leadership responsibility in a growing startup Work onsite with a small, collaborative, and motivated team Contribute to an award‑winning, clinician‑founded Australian company Flexible hours with consistent workload and meaningful impact How to Apply Apply through SEEK with your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience relevant to this role.
