WHAT YOU’LL NEED A strong interest in business administration, compliance, and project delivery Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and take initiativeHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills A positive attitude and ability to work in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, your duties will include : Providing administrative support to the project team and senior staff Assisting with data entry, document formatting, and file management Supporting compliance processes and system updates Liaising with contractors and clients professionally Maintaining accurate project records and documentation Using Microsoft Office and business systems to complete tasks Assisting with procurement and contract administration Participating in mentoring and professional development sessions As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business through on-the-job training over a period of 12 months.
