What We Need We are currently recruiting for a Senior Signalling Design Engineer to lead and manage complex signalling design and project delivery, acting as a key point of contact with clients while also mentoring and developing our engineering talent. Key Responsibilities Lead the production, verification, and approval of detailed signalling designs. Interface with clients for the technical development and seamless delivery of signalling projects. Collaborate with Project Managers on budget, scope variations, and design delivery issues. Provide mentoring and guidance to engineering staff. Oversee professional development, performance reviews, and training to ensure your team's success. About You A minimum of 10 years experience in design management and signalling project delivery. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent). Highly desirable: CPEng and/or IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
