We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Product Manager (Advanced Wound Care) to have real impact and bring Forever Caring to life. Position Overview The Senior Product Manager (Advanced Wound Care) will play a critical role in the growth of the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across ANZ. The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for their product portfolio leveraging market insights, competitor intelligence and deep product knowledge. The Senior Product Manager is also responsible for supporting the sales team to execute effectively by planning and delivering successful product launches, providing regular education on Convatec and competitor products and developing effective and current marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities Lead development of ANZ AWC brand plans aligned with global strategies using market and customer insights. Manage portfolio sales and samples budgets, tracking actual performance against forecasts. Create and execute promotional and advertising strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Design and implement market research to capture target market intelligence and identify new opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and develop counter‑strategies to maintain market position. Collaborate with sales managers to develop and execute product and portfolio strategies including tender support. Manage product lifecycles from launch to discontinuation, ensuring optimal portfolio performance. Maintain deep knowledge of Convatec products, industry standards and competitor positioning. Represent Convatec at key events and build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Support the Commercial and ANZ sales teams and engage Key Opinion Leaders with relevant teams. Experience At least 10 years marketing experience in the healthcare industry with wound care experience essential. Experience Successfully Managing Product Launches Demonstrated proficiency in developing implementation plans that allocate resources precisely, identify obstacles and propose robust contingency plans. Ensures customer insights to drive and guide the development of customer solutions. Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to source, analyse and interpret data. Highly Skilled at All Disciplines Within Marketing Highly skilled in communication, adjusting communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
