Hospital Account Manager | Wound Care & Compression – Sydney/South NSW Opportunity to join Heng & Hurst, a global medical organisation known for its trusted brands in wound care, compression therapy, orthopaedics and continence management. The role involves engaging closely with clinicians, procurement teams and key opinion leaders across hospitals, community settings and aged care to deliver practical, patient‑focused solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute territory plans to maximise growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers in hospital and community settings. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Manage tenders, contracts and forecasts with commercial precision. Use CRM and data tools to identify new business opportunities and track results. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation. Qualifications Proven sales experience (2+ years) in medical devices or healthcare consumables, or a clinical background (e.g., nursing, allied health) with a genuine interest in moving into a commercial role. Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills. Commercial acumen and confidence navigating hospital environments. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Comfort using technology, CRM systems and data insights to drive performance. A proactive, self‑directed mindset with a team‑oriented approach. Additional Information Territories: two options – (1) Sydney, South‑East, Western Sydney & Blue Mountains or (2) South‑West NSW, Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern NSW & ACT.
