To propel us into this thrilling next chapter, we are on the hunt for an exceptional industry leading General Manager to join our team and guide us to new heights.The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and visionary General Manager to join our Group in a full-time capacity, based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. In this exhilarating role, you will be at the helm of our operations, steering multiple venues towards excellence. Your mission will be to ensure an unparalleled experience for our guests and uphold the stellar reputation of our group. You will also play a pivotal role in staff management, training and development, and fostering strong, positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. This is an incredible opportunity to leave your mark on the industry and be a driving force behind our continued success.QualificationsProven experience in managing operations in the hospitality industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsKnowledge of food and beverage industry trendsFinancial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost managementAbility to analyze and interpret business performance dataProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksRelevant qualifications in hospitality or business managementExperience in the Greater Melbourne Area hospitality market is a plusFostering a positive team culture to enhance guest experiences and achieve business goals.Leading by example, mentoring, and up-skilling teams to deliver exceptional service and cultivate a culture of collaboration, high performance, and motivation.Collaborating with stakeholders and business directors on strategies for development and improvements.We Are Looking ForSignificant multi-outlet/venue management experience in the restaurant industry.Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices.Ability to perform well under pressure.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance systems) and Microsoft Office suite.A lead-from-the-front approach to training, developing, and nurturing teams with a focus on guest satisfaction, community engagement, and sales.Strong financial acumen and experience managing costs, labor, expenses, and capital expenditures.Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative mindset.Commitment to fostering a positive, educational, and results-focused working environment.Passion for culinary excellence and extensive food and beverage knowledge.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds with positivity and respect.High energy and a great sense of humor.Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.Why Join Us?Work-Life Balance
