Inpatient Role – Acute Care Team Step into a key role within a dedicated general adult inpatient unit. You'll provide specialist care to adults presenting with acute mental health needs, including psychosis, mood disorders, and complex crises. Working alongside another Consultant Psychiatrist, you’ll offer clinical leadership and supervision to a team of four junior doctors, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in a well-supported environment designed for recovery. Community Role – Continuity, Collaboration, Recovery Prefer to work in a community setting? Join the community mental health team where you’ll manage a broad spectrum of adult presentations, from acute to chronic mental illness, including trauma-related conditions and co-morbidity. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and a fellow Consultant Psychiatrist, providing clinical oversight and contributing to a collaborative model of care focused on long-term outcomes and recovery.
