Why Aspire Brand new purpose built centre with inspiring modern learning environments Supportive leadership team with dedicated Area Manager guidance Fifty percent gap fee childcare discount at any Aspire centre Ongoing professional development leadership training and networking opportunities Employee Assistance Program available anytime Attractive salary package with extensive benefits Expanding organisation with genuine long term career pathways The Opportunity and Responsibilities Lead the day to day operations of a brand new centre Recruit mentor and support educators to build a strong foundation team Embed quality practice policies and procedures from opening Create a positive inclusive and high performing team culture Build trusted relationships with families and the local community Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements Drive occupancy growth engagement and centre success About You Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Confident warm communicator with excellent relationship building skills Sound knowledge of National Regulations and National Quality Standards Commitment to excellence in education care and continuous improvement Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Food Safety Supervisor certificates Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing – We create environments where every child feels supported, confident and excited to learn.
