The Centre: Our Butler centre is a brand new service featuring modern learning environments, quality resources, and strong community connections. You will be joining a supportive leadership team committed to building a positive, inclusive, and high performing centre culture from the ground up. The Opportunity: Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will support daily operations while inspiring and guiding educators. Key responsibilities Supporting the Centre Manager with day to day operations and leadership Mentoring and motivating educators to deliver high quality programs Building strong relationships with families and the local community Supporting compliance with regulations and National Quality Standards Assisting with enrolments, rostering, occupancy, and continuous improvement Helping establish a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture About You You are organised, approachable, and passionate about early learning, with ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and relationship building skills Confidence supporting teams and managing multiple priorities Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, WWCC, and Police Check Experience with XAP or similar childcare software preferred Why Join Aspire 50 percent gap fee discount on childcare at Aspire centres Paid Birthday Leave Ongoing professional development, mentoring, and leadership pathways Supportive Area Manager and senior leadership team Employee Assistance Program available 24/7 Attractive salary and benefits Real career progression within a rapidly growing organisation Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing Building Trust Empowering Excellence Connecting Communities Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is committed to child safety, inclusion, and cultural safety.
