Be Among the First 25 Applicants We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to develop sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement to each client in accordance with the Maison’s spirit and heritage. Salary Range Salary: $76,515‑$80,000 plus super. How Will You Make an Impact? As a Sales Associate you will develop strong sales turnover for the boutique in alignment with store strategy, manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and support product inventory management. Responsibilities Achieve turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager and respect discount policy. Welcome and handle clients consistently with Maison standards across all touchpoints. Adapt service style to each client’s needs and ensure every sale is handled appropriately. Prospect and follow up with new local and international clients; enrich client database. Take care of each return case according to Maison standards and communicate issues to the Boutique Manager. Participate in stock management: reception, inventory, price checks, and merchandising. Respect brand guidelines for grooming, CRM, VM, media, and reduce product levels to maintain high stock quality. Participate actively in boutique meetings and training sessions, and stay informed on the business through industry magazines. Qualifications and Experience At least 2–3 years’ experience in Retail Sales, preferably in a luxury environment. Strong passion for Maison products and brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and at least one local language (e.g., Mandarin). Positive disposition, good team player, performs well under pressure, and can multitask. Your Journey With Us After being shortlisted you will receive a call from our Talent Acquisition Partner.
