About the Role As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers exploring bathroom, kitchen, and laundry solutions. You will bring creativity, confidence, and care to every interaction in their professionally presented showroom. Hours Full‑time: Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm + every second Saturday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Part‑time: Also welcomed; simply include your availability in your cover letter. Duties Greeting, assisting, and inspiring customers as they explore showroom products. Collaborating with customers on tailored solutions for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries. Sharing product knowledge and staying up to date with industry trends. Preparing accurate quotes and processing customer orders. Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business. Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organized, and inviting. Skills & Experience A positive, can‑do attitude and a passion for helping people. Retail sales experience, ideally working with builders or plumbers. Knowledge of plumbing fixtures or a strong willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
