City Center Specialist – One30, 130 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 Cosentino is looking for a City Center Specialist to join the City Center located at One30, 130 Elizabeth Street. The City Center is the epicenter of Cosentino’s commercial model and aims to provide an aspirational experience that attracts and inspires designers, end consumers, architects, and all other Cosentino business partners. Responsibilities Assist with day‑to‑day operations in the City showroom, including guest relations, customer service assistance, and events coordination. Identify and generate sales leads, partner with the local sales team to follow up and convert leads into sales and projects. Visit specific customer accounts to develop relationships and generate direct sales. Enhance showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.). Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals. Network and create business opportunities through events hosted at the City Center and showrooms. Welcome and engage every customer, providing the best experience to develop long‑term relationships and foster brand loyalty. Assist walk‑ins and customers with appointments arriving at the showroom. Provide support face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email to help customers understand the benefits of the Cosentino brand. Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area, managing visits outside the showroom to generate sales. Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock, and highlighting potential stock issues. Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic and leads. Register visits and leads in Salesforce. Organization and Administration Responsibilities Filter City Center leads via phone call and forward only promising ones. Organise and plan events in advance, coordinating content and ensuring qualified attendees. Execute events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, and mailing. Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce. Maintain showroom condition – cleanliness of furniture, equipment, supplies and placement of marketing materials. Order and stock supplies, maintain equipment, and manage supplier administrative tasks. Qualifications 2+ years experience in sales. 1+ year experience in a retail showroom environment with a proven record of generating leads and converting them into sales. Preferably 2+ years experience in the interior design industry. Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service. Knowledge of the building or decoration market. High School Diploma or GED.
