Great pay rates on offer + overtime available Join a global leader within the Soil industry We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Dozer Operator to join our high-energy and supportive team on-site in Wingfield, SA. This is a hands-on role that will require you to operate dozers on a daily basis, helping to drive the optimisation of our Soil & Sand Recycling area. Responsibilities Oversee the Clean Fill site operations, ensuring activity is in accordance with fill plans. Support the Operations Manager in ensuring EPA guidelines are adhered to. Report and record all incidents and hazards in a timely manner. Assist with implementation of operational improvement opportunities. Manage receipt of materials ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Ensure all company and hired equipment is maintained in line with manufacturers standards and are always operating safety and efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience within the Bulk Earthmoving or related industry. Must hold a current LZ (Dozer) ticket . Knowledge of soil screening and recycling process. Current Excavator and/or Loader ticket (preferable). Possess sound communication skills with a great work ethic. Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to proactively solve problems and present practical workplace solutions.
