Pharmacist Manager Full-Time

We are located in Beechboro Shopping Centre andare a well-established, busy and diverse community Pharmacy, looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist Manager. We are not looking for the shy retiring type of Pharmacist; we need someone that gets out on the shop floor and engages with and does whatever it takes to keep our customers happy and becoming advocates for our Pharmacy. You will be supported by a second Pharmacist and an extremely competent dispensary assistant. Our Business Development Managers are also there for additional support. Our store is fast paced and busy. Responsibilities Dispensing Counselling customers Implementation of 7CPA requirements including PPI’s Help implementing Pharmacy Services including Vaccinations To be a successful applicant: Friendly, outgoing and motivated person with leadership skills High level of attention to detail Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player Professional approach when dealing with customers, colleagues or industry representatives Strong communications skills and effective relationship building skills Competency with computer skills and experience in Minfos would be beneficial Application Questions Have you worked in a pharmacy before?
