About The Role We’re looking for someone to take on a leadership role in our City Assets team. As the Coordinator Strategic Asset Management, you’ll work with others to help plan and improve how we manage our assets over their whole life. You’ll make sure our work meets the needs of the community, follows the law, and supports our goals as things change in the future. What We Are Seeking A people leader who can lead and inspire to meet objectives and deliverables. A customer centric individual who can provide a high level of customer service and influence outcomes to achieve organisational objectives. Experience developing, improving and innovating asset management practices. A problem solver, able to resolve complex operational and service delivery issues to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Relevant tertiary qualification and extensive knowledge and experience in asset management.
