Ravenswood School for Girls is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore. Digital Learning Leader – Senior School We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Learning Leader to drive innovation in teaching and learning across our Senior School through technology integration. In this pivotal role, you will champion the integration of digital technologies, lead professional learning, and ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) and school portal are effective, secure, and user‑friendly for staff, students, and parents. This is a permanent, full‑time all year round position commencing at the beginning of Term 1, 2026, with hours 8:00 am‑4:00 pm Monday‑Friday. Required Qualifications & Experience Willingness to support the Guiding Principles of the School. Experience in K-12 education environments. Willingness and ability to embrace and investigate new technologies. Advanced knowledge of LMS platforms and functionalities. Proficiency with Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and a variety of digital learning tools. A human‑centred customer service philosophy and excellent communication skills. Experience designing and delivering training content. Creative problem‑solving and project‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. Experience working with a variety of people with differing skill levels. Desirable Experience with SchoolBox Learning Management System. Practical experience using SharePoint online.
