What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional remote and onsite support that goes beyond “fixing” - proactively optimising client environments. Solve complex technical challenges across M365, networking, and infrastructure. Support and mentor Level 1 engineers while leading proactive problem prevention. Work on cyber and infrastructure projects that transform how clients operate. Deliver security‑first managed services using advanced monitoring and automation tools.
