With strong national growth, we’re expanding our Customer Care Team at our Nerang HQ and seeking a confident, polished professional to join us. If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences and love being part of a supportive, high‑performing team, this role is for you. Role Overview As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers. You’ll be handling inbound enquiries, making outbound calls to assist customers, coordinating servicing, and ensuring every interaction reflects Olympia’s premium standard.
