The Opportunity Join our Therapy and Behaviour Support team delivering life‑changing support across Samaritans and Anglican Care. As a behaviour support practitioner, you will complete evidence‑based behavioural assessments, interventions, and develop behaviour support plans to support children and adults to achieve their goals. You’ll focus on building the skills and capacity of individuals, families, and support networks to promote inclusion and quality of life. Working within NDIS and child‑safe standards, you’ll be part of a positive, collaborative team committed to delivering high‑quality care and achieving meaningful outcomes. Minimum 1 year experience working within the NDI sector, and current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (core) under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Experience working with NDIS participants, understanding positive behaviour support, trauma‑informed care, and person‑centred practice. Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development, evidence‑based practice, and measuring clinical outcomes. Ability to work as a collaborative member of a multi‑disciplinary team. Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities. About You Passionate about improving quality of life for people with a disability. Demonstrates empathy, professionalism and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication. Strong organisation and time‑management skills. Collaborative team player with a client‑focused approach. Experienced in behaviour support planning and intervention.
