Руководство, наставничество и развитие высокоэффективной команды инженеров по решениям (Solution Engineers). Обеспечение технического лидерства на всех этапах взаимодействия с клиентами: предпродажная подготовка, архитектура решений, внедрение. Участие в качестве ключевого технического консультанта на протяжении всего цикла продаж: ясное и убедительное представление возможностей продукта и его бизнес-ценности потенциальным клиентам. Тесное взаимодействие с отделами продаж, продуктового менеджмента и разработки для проектирования и поставки оптимальных клиентских решений. Контроль за интеграцией и внедрением решений у клиентов, обеспечение их бесперебойного и своевременного запуска. Учет всех аспектов при разработке решений: потоки ликвидности, модели исполнения, параметры риска и совместимость с инфраструктурой. Разработка и поддержание в актуальном состоянии документации, технических руководств и обучающих материалов для клиентов и внутренних команд. Активное выявление потребностей клиентов и предложение улучшений на основе обратной связи и рыночных тенденций. Определение и мониторинг ключевых показателей эффективности (KPIs) для оценки продуктивности команды и уровня удовлетворенности клиентов. Представление компании на технических встречах с внешними заинтересованными сторонами, соблюдение высоких стандартов профессионализма и технической экспертизы. Обширный технический опыт в области финансовых технологий, торговых платформ, систем управления рисками и корпоративных SaaS-решений. Подтвержденный опыт управления техническими командами, желательно в инженерии решений, предпродажной инженерии или технических продажах в финансовом секторе. Глубокие знания в области агрегирования ликвидности, маршрутизации ордеров, моделей исполнения, протокола FIX и API-торговых систем. Экспертиза в области торговых технологий и рыночной инфраструктуры, особенно в сегментах FX, CFD и цифровых активов. Знание институциональных платформ, таких как MetaTrader, cTrader, OneZero, PrimeXM, а также собственных OMS/EMS. Отличные коммуникативные навыки и способность доносить сложные технические концепции до бизнес-аудитории. Проактивный, ориентированный на клиента подход, развитые навыки решения проблем и успешный опыт взаимодействия с различными заинтересованными сторонами. #J-18808-Ljbffr
