About the role As a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver a range of essential services such as domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and mobility assistance within the home and local community. Most importantly, you will provide care and support to your clients, prioritising their well‑being at all times. Key responsibilities Deliver essential domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry. Assist with personal grooming, hygiene, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation. Provide mobility assistance within the home and local community. Prioritise clients’ well‑being and provide compassionate care and support. What you need to be considered Full Australian working rights, a current Police Check and Working With Children Check (we can arrange police checks for successful candidates). Qualifications & experience Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Home and Community Care) or a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (or completed first‑year study towards it). Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance. First Aid and CPR certificate (you don’t need to have this to apply, but will need it to commence work). Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages would be welcomed. Fantastic attitude, great active‑listening skills and genuine interest in helping others. What’s in it for you Weekly pay.
