Location: Gold Coast QLDJob Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual Are you passionate about working outdoors, creating beautiful gardens, and delivering top-quality service? Jim’s Mowing – Robina Central is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Landscape Gardener to join our friendly local team About the Role You’ll be responsible for a variety of garden and landscaping tasks, including: Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming Garden clean‑ups and maintenance Hedge trimming and pruning Topiary and garden detailing Weed control Gutter cleaning Mulching, planting, and turf installation Soft landscaping and minor hardscaping projects You’ll service residential and commercial clients across the Robina and surrounding Gold Coast areas, providing the high standard of workmanship Jim’s Mowing is known for. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 6 months experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance Knowledge of fertilisers and herbicides (desired) Someone who likes working outside, even in the rain Physically fit and energetic; able to lift and carry as required Show up for work on time, ready to go Able to work unsupervised when required and take initiative Driven individual looking for genuine career progression, not just a job to coast through Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Great communication and customer service skills Cert II or Cert III in Horticulture (desired but not essential) Experience in irrigation installation (desired but not essential) What We Offer Pay rates above the award Branded work shirts and PPE Ongoing support and training through the Jim’s Mowing network A positive, professional team culture Opportunities for growth and advancement within the business If you take pride in your work and love being outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with Australia’s most trusted lawn and garden care brand.
