Service Receptionist Opportunity: Join our dealership call centre and carry out customer experience duties such as: Answer the phone – direct calls to the right person, take messages and respond to general enquiries. Answer and book vehicle service customers. Answer email enquiries for vehicle servicing, recalls and parts. Make outbound service reminder calls to customers. Make after-service follow‑up calls to customers. Assist with other general administration duties. Qualifications and Experience Customer service skills in person and over the phone. Experience with the "TUNE" dealer management system highly regarded. Prior Toyota dealer experience highly regarded. Excellent communication and computer skills. Well presented and professional. Previous call centre position. Excellent attention to detail. Punctuality and time management skills.
