Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing healthcare practice at Mount Pleasant, WA from Monday to Wednesday but extendable to Monday to Friday after reassessment. As a casual Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our patients and clinical staff. What you'll be doing Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answering and responding to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS, and direct bill transactions. Managing appointment bookings, cancellations and rescheduling via Best Practice Software Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient files Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as required Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented and tidy Promoting a positive patient experience at all times What we're looking for Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar healthcare administration role Proficient in using Best Practice Software, Microsoft Suite and other general office technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach Proven ability to work independently without any supervision while maintaining high-quality result Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges What we offer At Tanimol Specialist Clinic, we are committed to supporting our employees' well-being and work-life balance.
