The position We are looking for a motivated and experienced medical receptionist in a part-time position to join our team 3 days a week with holiday relief. In this role, you will manage key administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and supporting daily operations to ensure the practice runs smoothly. Your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional care and a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities Meeting and greeting patients Scheduling appointments Billing of medical consultations Patient data entry, processing payments and receipting accurately Opening and closing the clinic Perform other administrative duties as directed Attributes Previous experience in a specialist medical environment or GP Clinic minimum 2 year experience Experience with GENTU is preferred Meticulous attention to detail and data entry skills Highly organised, excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team High level of interpersonal and written communication skills Professional disposition and personal presentation If you meet these requirements and would like the opportunity to join our professional and dedicated team, please apply to *********@iinet.net.au Only successful applicants will be notified.
