Your Impact As our WHS Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating safer, healthier workplaces across rural hospitals. You’ll lead initiatives, support managers to meet legislative requirements, and champion staff wellbeing, helping to build a positive, safety‑first culture that everyone can thrive in. Key Responsibilities Liaise with SafeWork NSW at district and state levels Keep teams safe and compliant by monitoring WHS activities and acting promptly to incidents and hazards Provide clear, actionable updates to the Service Manager Oversee audits, assessments, and accreditation processes Play an active role in the Sector Quality Support Group Travel to rural sites as required To excel in this role, you thrive in dynamic environments and approach challenges with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
