This role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone who is happy to work as a casual employee with flexible hours, typically every 3rd Saturday and one weekday. We're Looking For Someone Who Is motivated and demonstrates a highly professional attitude. Has a strong work ethic and professional outlook. Possesses excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships. Has a can‑do attitude and can work autonomously or as part of a team. Has a strong knowledge of anatomy and operating‑room surrounding. You’ll Be Responsible For Providing clinical support for surgical procedures in theatre. Building relationships with key surgeons and nursing staff through training, education, and clinical case support. Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guides as per each customer’s requirements. And To Be Successful You’ll Need Experience in a clinical or theatre environment or a nursing background. Preferably a scout/scrub nurse with exposure to spine and/or orthopaedic cases. A tertiary education in a related medical field such as physiotherapy, paramedic, biomedical engineering, anatomy, or nursing. Direct experience working in an operating theatre environment. Resilience and versatility: can work autonomously or in a team and passionate about providing first‑class customer service. Current driver’s licence (essential) and flexibility to travel in Victoria.
