WHAT WE HAVE: A passionate Construction Manager leadingthe way an experienced team of Estimators/Supervisors bespoke and industry leading technology a dedicated fulltime team of developers who "get" our business and shape our technology a proven national head office team ableto support every aspect of running insurance repairs across Australia rigorously tested processesand procedures, especially around restorer, mould and asbestos management a team of industry experts who help us to continually research and develop and ensure we keep learning and improving a servant leadership model, ensuring all staff are continually supported and empowered to achieve their very best, each and every day THE OPPORTUNITY: Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor Reportdirectly to the Construction Manager Estimate, Scheduleand Supervisetrades and repairs Exceed KPIs by learning how to estimateand Supervise insurance repairs using our industry leading technology Deliver an exceptionallyhigh level of customer service, through effectivewritten / oral communication with an innate ability to build relationships and resolve conflict Receive a market competitive salary, vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform and industry-based equipment Insurance industry experience and knowledge ofWater Claim Management is advantageous but not essential MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Trade qualified (preferably carpentry) Previous experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred) A workingknowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations and Workplace Health and Safety requirements Excellent communication skills Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systems An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repair A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team A strong commitment to safety What Ambrose Construct Group can offer: A supportive, safe, and encouraging workplace culture with a passionate team who are proud of their work A competitive remuneration package based on your experience level Access to our Employee Assistance Program A Referral program that awards you with $2,000 for referring a successful candidate, so you can be rewarded for supporting your team’s growth.
