Bushells Building and Maintenance Pty Ltd are a family‑owned Building and Maintenance Company operating in the Commercial, Retail and Insurance repair space. We have a strong focus on workplace culture and relationships, and this has enabled our company to grow from strength to strength since its inception in 2015. We are looking for an Estimator/Supervisor to join our team to assist with client opportunities, quoting and supervising insurance repair works, aged care works and commercial Building and Maintenance works. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to ensure quality outcomes are delivered daily on every job. Key Attributes Highly motivated Highly organised Team player Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Experience in insurance repairs, commercial maintenance and general building highly regarded Knowledge of various building methodologies Good IT skills Proficiency in Fergus, ServiceM8 and/or Simpro software is preferred but not essential as training is provided Responsibilities Onsite scoping and estimating of works Day-to-day management of awarded works Focus on completing all works safely Tradesperson and subcontractor coordination Meeting KPIs Requirements High level attention to detail Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and suppliers Develop and maintain high level health and safety standards Current valid driver's licence and construction white card Candidates must have appropriate Australian work rights Benefits The position comes with a company vehicle and fuel card, a mobile phone, iPad and laptop.
