About The Role We are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide 1:1 support to our aged care and NDIS clients living in their own homes around Parramatta, Greystaines and Merrylands . You will provide a range of services to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community, including: Providing personal care Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties) Assisting with shopping and meal preparation Transporting clients to appointments and run errands and general community access Providing companionship and emotional support Please note: We provide support services 7 days a week. About You In joining the team, you must have: Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police check CPR and First Aid Certificates A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance.
