HiQA Geotechnical Job Advertisement – Geotechnical Engineer (Full-Time) Company: HiQA Geotechnical Location: 17 Cutting Way, Yangebup WA 6164 Salary: $80,000 per annum (exclusive of superannuation) Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent About Company HiQA Geotechnical is a recognised provider of geotechnical investigation and testing services in Western Australia. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Conduct geotechnical site investigations, soil testing, sampling, and laboratory analyses. Prepare geotechnical reports including bearing capacity assessments, soil classification, compaction control and slope stability insights. Analyse geological and geotechnical data to support civil, structural and construction projects. Provide technical advice to clients, contractors and project managers based on investigation findings. Ensure compliance with Australian standards, project specifications and safety requirements. Liaise with drillers, field technicians and engineers to complete project tasks efficiently. Monitor geotechnical risks and recommend appropriate engineering solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering and geotechnical investigation methodologies. Ability to interpret lab and field data and prepare professional technical reports. Familiarity with Australian Standards and geotechnical testing codes. Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Valid Australian driver’s licence (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
