Your work will influence decision-making at Granny Smith through data-driven recommendations, technical system management, and performance monitoring across site operations. Develop and maintain performance benchmarks, KPIs, and reporting tools (Jupyter Notebooks, PowerBI, QlikView) to monitor and track site performance. Manage and support performance management for reports and teams, ensuring objectives are SMART and deliver expected outcomes. What You’ll Bring Strong technical expertise in operational analytics, data management, and reporting tools (SQL, Git, Python: NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, seaborn). Experience in mining or heavy industry, with a proven ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable insights. Strong visualisation skills, able to present complex data clearly and influence operational decision-making.
