Opportunity KBR is seeking a highly skilled Asset Optimisation Manager to support our Capability Sustainment team in Maritime Sustainment for the Royal Australian Navy. You will contribute to delivering innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions that shape the future of Maritime Sustainment. All candidates must hold an active Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance (Baseline Clearance or above). Responsibilities Implement and maintain the Asset Management Plan and procedures for integrated asset management activities. Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of a robust Asset Management System by providing professional advice and technical recommendations as an SME. Deliver and maintain the integrated Asset Management Services Master Schedule. Direct the Reliability program, Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) program, and Maintenance Effectiveness program. Direct and oversee the development of Life Cycle Cost analyses, asset optimisation studies and recommendations for cost reduction while maintaining agreed levels of reliability and availability. Drive enterprise risk management and assurance activities across the program. Drive Capability Innovation and Efficiency initiatives and Sustainment Performance Analysis across the program. Act as a key member of the program's Leadership Team, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver platform sustainment optimisation recommendations within a balanced project budget. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent, or recognised related discipline. 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, asset optimisation, and maritime sustainment within the Defence domain. Experience with ILS and LSA training and optimisation. Risk Management experience. Deep understanding of DSWmS Framework. Project and Contract Management expertise.
