Requirements for this role Looking for candidates available to work: Wed afternoon Wed evening Thu afternoon Thu evening Fri afternoon Fri evening Sat afternoon Sat evening Sun afternoon Sun morning Sun evening More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role This is an immediate start position THE ROLE Coordinate the activity of kitchen staff and manage daily operations, design a la carte, group and catering menus. Create and manage financial budget for all food outlets while responsible for profit and loses. Hire, train and supervise staff members on company procedures. Update operational policies and procedures. Experience in Traditional and modern Spanish cuisine Experience in working in a fast-paced work environment Experience in cooking paellas Experience in Mediterranean cuisine DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, budgeting and ordering food supplies Employing staff for the kitchen Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrating techniques, training and advising on cooking procedures Preparing, cooking and presentation of food Explaining, training and maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards QUALIFICATIONS Relevant qualification at the level of a Diploma or higher, OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Excellent salary and benefits with a great supportive manager who encourages individuality and flexibility in the workplace.
