This position is based in the Melbourne office and reports into the ANZ & Japan Customer Service Manager. We are looking for an intelligent team player who has a positive mindset and always goes the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities vary from providing optimal order management, to technical support in response to customer requests. You will be co-managing accounts and developing business relationships by offering value-added products. The focus is, and always will be, on identifying the customers’ needs and ensure our world-class services. Job Responsibilities Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders correctly in an order entry system Advice & recommend products as needed Solve customer problems in a group, coordinating with sales, production, and engineering, and carry out follow-ups to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer's satisfaction Documenting and leveraging important customer information across departments and accounts Assist in customer account maintenance Proactively furthering the sales process using outbound calls Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments (credit, assembly, technical support) Various other responsibilities as needed Your Profile Fluent Japanese and English, both spoken and written 2+ year work experience in a customer interfacing role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Long-term commitment to live and work in Melbourne Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work with customers and co-workers of different cultures Basic math and technical aptitude Analytical, detail-oriented Service-minded, pro-active, and able to independently interface with customers Logical, problem-solving mindset, curious, and a fast learner EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Intralox by 2x Get notified about new Account Representative jobs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia .
