We provide a 24x7x365 service and will be on-site in 60-90 minutes to help our clients and mitigate the impact of water damage. Our technicians and project managers are IICRC qualified, and we provide compliance certificates on job completion to give our clients assurance that their premises are safe and that water damage has been addressed. Summary of Position The role of the QA Manager in the business includes: Develop and implement quality systems; Oversee quality control programs; Deliver staff training; Perform compliance and assurance audits; Develop corrective action plans; Manage company certification, surveillance, and recertification processes; and Liaise with customers and suppliers. The role must be capable of performing the following responsibilities, which are sequenced by order of priority: Quality system development: Plan, implement, and improve quality standards, policies, and procedures. Quality control: Oversee quality control programs, direct staff in testing products, and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Performance analysis: Collating and analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure objectives are met. Compliance and audits: Conduct and coordinate audits to ensure quality processes are consistently followed and identify and correct errors. Team management: Manage and motivate QA teams, assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Budget and resource management: Control budget planning, monitor expenditure, and manage the allocation of resources. Liaison: Act as a liaison with customers to monitor quality perceptions and with suppliers to ensure goods meet specifications. Documentation: Assist in the documentation of processes, operating procedures, and quality reports. Mandatory Selection Criteria The following must be verifiable: Relevant Tertiary Qualifications. Certification in IICRC S500. Ground-up development of Quality Management Systems that trace to business policies, processes, and procedures. Leading quality management certification audits. Leading quality assurance reviews. Building on-demand dashboards to provide executive visibility of QMS compliance, risks, and non-conformances. Training and coaching teams on their respective roles and responsibilities in ensuring whole-of-business QMS compliance. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis. Ability to train and guide staff on quality programs and objectives. A working knowledge of flood remediation (or similar) services.
