Role Description We are looking for a self‑sufficient recruiter, experienced in engineering recruitment in Australia & who loves filling roles. We have a well‑resourced CRM in Manatal with 130,000 candidates with ChatGPT AI integration. The directors are from the transport infrastructure, energy and mining sectors, and have numerous connections at senior leadership levels inside contractors and consultancies. We are constantly asked for candidates and don't have the time resources to reach out, screen and submit – which is where you come in We don't mind what hours you work, or when those hours are, as long as you can produce a steady stream of candidates. We're open to this being a salary role, or one heavily geared towards success and financially incentivised per placement. This could well suit a stay‑at‑home parent or someone juggling kids and their school & sports commitments. We're looking for a person whose career shows role stability, and has referees who can attest to your sourcing skillset and self‑driven nature.
