Job Description Carat, a global media agency and part of the Dentsu network, is recruiting an Affiliates Manager to drive best‑in‑class digital media activation across affiliate channels. The role involves working with cashback providers, coupon platforms, loyalty networks, content discovery, influencer discovery, emerging tech, and programmatic CLOs to deliver measurable results for clients. The role As an Affiliates Manager, you will translate client briefs into strategic direction, planning and executing high‑performing affiliate campaigns. You will work closely with the Affiliates Director and the wider team to optimise investment, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights that impact overall media strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and day‑to‑day management of affiliate campaigns for a group of clients, ensuring alignment to media strategy and client goals. Negotiate with publishers to secure the best inclusions and outcomes. Execute and optimise campaigns primarily on the Impact platform (prior experience preferred). Support weekly and post‑campaign reporting, extracting actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure efficient delivery and KPI attainment. Manage discrepancies, queries, and adjustments related to campaign delivery and invoicing. Research, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to diversify the publisher mix. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify optimisation and innovation opportunities. About you Passionate about performance media with a working knowledge of Impact. Understand affiliate channels and their contribution to broader campaign and business objectives. Experienced in campaign implementation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting, and adept at using data to tell a story. Proactive, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media partners.
